Christian Lauener

Born: 1945, Rodez / France

Raised and educated in Toulon(F), St. Gallen (CH), Vevey / Montreux (CH). 

Since 1990 he holds regularly exhibitions in Europe and lives currently in Tour de Peilz, where he has a studio and workshop.

He says of himself: ' I am enspired by the aestetic form of the female body, because it evokes movement, the beginning of creation. The sensuality is, for me, an essential part of life. I want, through my creations, to create the disire to touch, to love, to communicate. These bodies in their multiple forms, made in solid gold embrace semi pecious stones like black onyx, malachite, topaz.
